WIN LIKE A GIRL is back in action.

The last couple years have been a doozy -- for everyone. And like most people, enduring a pandemic has meant re-evaluating priorities and reshaping what our day-to-day lives look like. For many of us, that has meant “working from home,” with little transition or support. For others, it’s meant taking time off to care for kids and loved ones whose support structures have either disappeared or look nothing like they once did.  For some, it may mean working even harder on the “front lines” of a global pandemic.

No matter our circumstances, we’ve all needed a moment to catch our breath. And though we’re dealing with a brave new world, one thing hasn’t changed: we still need to acknowledge and support the hard work of our female colleagues who have had to reinvent what it means to WIN LIKE A GIRL.

In the past, this BIPARTISAN group has celebrated hundreds of women in our business on the steps of the California Democratic Party, hosted events with the Sacramento Press Club and at the Governor’s mansion, and reminded everyone what it means to “Persist.” We’ve also worked really hard to support our sisters -- our female veterans --  with Operation Dress Code.

And that’s where we begin again, as we relaunch OPERATION DRESS CODE 2021 to help female veterans enter into the civilian workforce with the dignity and respect that they deserve.
